Foss Orchard Car Park

Foss Orchard Car Park is owned and maintained by the Parish Council.

The area was formally passed to the Parish Council for use as a village car park on 1 April 2007, as part of a S106 agreement made when planning permission was granted for the development of the Foss Garage site for housing.

The day time parking charges are displayed on the ticket machine.

Season Tickets are available - please contact the Clerk for further information.

All income from the car park is ring-fenced for maintainance costs.

The garden area is maintained by volunteers.

Business Rates have to be paid, with the Small Business discount of 50%. The Government has increased this discount to 100% i.e. no Business Rate is currently being charged.
